I’ve spent the last seven years working behind the scenes of a growing, internationally recognised drinks business, where my role has grown into a wonderfully varied mix of compliance, sustainability, contracts, intellectual property, operations, projects and everything in between. I’m used to dealing with the detail, but I’m equally comfortable looking at the bigger picture. One day might involve navigating regulatory requirements across international markets. The next might involve negotiating a supplier contract, planning production, managing a sustainability project or making sure an event actually happens. That’s what I love about this kind of work: variety, problem-solving and getting things over the line.
